Jamaican reggae singer I-NOAH’S musical career has been a real journey, riding the waves of change, and maintaining a steady ship throughout, I-NOAH is now set to sail the tides of good fortune with his ark finely tuned.

           I-NOAH, real name Clayton Heslop was born to the parents , Margaret Hallcock and Caswell Heslop on the forth of November 1981, and grew up the youngest of five siblings in the quiet rural district of Orange Hill, Oldworks.  Later moving to live in the Watermount area in the Parish of St. Catherine, Jamaica. Clayton attended the Point Hill All Age School from 1987-1997 where he developed the foundation of his education.

           At the tender age of ten Clayton’s passion for music was born. Clayton’s music rapidly emerged which enthused him to participate in musical events at church and community shows. People in the surrounding areas were always enthralled with the sounds that emerged from the high-pitched soul of Clayton’s vocals along with the fact that he loved to play the drums.  

           With that, enthusiastic supporters regularly turned out with appreciation just to hear him perform. This was evident when at age eleven years old Clayton was appointed, lead chorister at The Little Bethlehem Pentecostal Church Youth Choir of which he was a member.

           During his teenage years Clayton concentrated on creating music based on his portrayal of musical vibes and cultural enlightenment, which he took to stage shows all across the Parish.  

            Known now to many by the name I-Noah, he has categorized his style of music in the same genres of those great musicians who have inspired him over the years.  They include the legendary Robert Nesta Marley, Crowned Prince Dennis Emmanuel Brown, and Sizzla Kalonji . His biggest inspiration, the one he calls his Idol is the infamous Garnett Silk.

          He was introduced by his close friend Gregory, to The House Of Love Recording Label. I-NOAH recorded his first single “RISE FROM THE SLUM” still only twenty four, and gaining  reasonable amount of air play on radio stations. Going on later to record songs like “GWAAN SO FAH”, “ONE OF A KIND”, and “BATTLEFIELD”, helped produce an enthusiastic and faithful base, who in turn motivated him to dedicate more time and effort into producing songs that eventually saw him appearing on the billing at popular shows such as “Rebel Salute 2012”, as well as others in Portmore, and August Town, Judgement Yard.

          Continuing to do what he loves most I-Noah still performs all over  He’s performed at Jamday 2017, Mooney Bays Park, Reggae Bash Festival, Boat Cruises and canjam And International Reggae Festival and The Old Port Of Montreal.
